Barbacoa is a traditional South American method of preparation, in which large pieces of meat are slowly cooked over an open fire. At ‘The Bastard’ they have translated that taste and experience into the Barbacoa Picante Sauce. This spicy sauce, including smoked peppers, is perfect with beef, pork and even poultry.
